For over five decades, HELPS Ministries has been dedicated to developing resources like The Discovery Bible, along with training and teaching materials, to meet the growing global need for discipleship within the body of Christ. We conduct training workshops on how to learn from the insights of the original Greek and Hebrew through The Discovery Bible. Discipleship primarily involves learning and applying God's Word, and studying it through the original words God used is essential for a deeper understanding of the teachings of Scripture. HELPS Ministries is committed to equipping believers in various countries to become diligent students of the Word.

Over a Year of Ministry in Cebu, Philippines
Cebu City, often referred to as the ‘Queen City of the South,’ is a region in the central part of the Philippines, where approximately 95% of its population is Catholic. Christ-Followers remain a minority, but their numbers have been growing in recent years.
Bringing Original Language Study in Cebu
We are honored to host Discovery workshops for churches, schools, and organizations in Cebu, Philippines. We teach pastors, church leaders, and Bible learners how to understand the Word of God through Applied Hebrew and Greek—without knowing these ancient languages. This opportunity is available to anyone who knows English (or Spanish/Portuguese), and since English is widely spoken in the Philippines, many can access it. No knowledge of Greek or Hebrew is needed, as all the insights are uncovered through the creative reading system in The Discovery Bible App—making learning easy and enriching.

For many, accessing resources like The Discovery Bible is difficult due to financial limitations, and for some, even the cost of traveling to training sessions is a significant obstacle. However, thanks to your generosity, over 500 individuals this year have received free access to this invaluable tool—equipping them to teach God’s Word with greater depth and clarity.
